Each week...

  • ... we code and publish your Hubdoc uploads and match them to bank account transactions. We keep your Xero file completely up-to-date so you can monitor your finances and business growth in real time.

Each month...

  • ... we make sure the transactions in Xero exactly match with your bank statements. If they don't, we find out why and fix it. This is the step that will save you $$$ with your accountant at the end of the year!

Each financial quarter...

  • ... we completely review your file before BAS lodgement to make sure that it is 100% correct. This includes things like checking you have paid staff correctly and liasing with your accountant about tax deductions.

DIY Xero Services

Xero positions itself as a fully DIY system and while we agree with Xero on many things, this is not one of them. Let us help you to make it manageable with one of our DIY options.

FIND OUT MORE

You have had a crack at setting up Xero yourself, but want to make sure you are using it to it’s full potential. We have a 64-point checklist we use to check that your Xero file has been set up correctly and that you aren’t making any major mistakes while using your Xero file.  We then have a meeting to report our findings and we can fix it for you or train you to fix it yourself.

Whether you are new to Xero or wanting to get more out of it, we run our one-on-one training sessions tailored to your needs. We have an initial discovery session to find out about your business and follow up with a training session to help you get the most out of Xero. We know not everyone loves bookkeeping like we do, so we keep it brief with 2 hours sessions.

If you are just starting out or making the switch to Xero, it is a good idea to have someone set it up for you – particularly if you are using Xero for payroll. We can set your Xero file up for you and get you ticking along nicely so that you hit the ground running when you kick off. Combine this with a training session and you will be good to go!
