Xero File Health Check

This is for people who have already set up their Xero file but aren’t quite sure that they are using it right or to its full potential and need Xero support. We have a 64-point checklist we use to check that your Xero file has been set up correctly and that you aren’t making any major mistakes while using your Xero file. We then have a meeting with you onsite or via Zoom to report our findings. At this point you can engage us to fix up your file or train you how to fix it yourself.

Xero Training Session

If you’re a Xero newbie and are feeling a little overwhelmed or have been using Xero for a while but are certain that you can get more out of it, we run one on one training sessions tailored specifically to your business needs. We run in depth discovery sessions to find out as much as we can about your business and how you need to use your Xero file and then we use this information to set up a training session for you to get the most out of your Xero file or answer any specific questions you might have. This can be on site or via Zoom and we can record the session so that you have it to refer back to in the future. We run sessions for 2 hours as we understand it may be a little overwhelming!

Xero Setup

So you’re just starting out and you want to do your own books, whether it’s to keep costs down or something you’ve had experience doing in the past and would like to do it yourself. The trick to getting Xero working best for you is to have someone set it up for you so that you are set for success from the get go (particularly if you are using the payroll function). We can set your Xero file up for you and get you ticking along nicely so that you hit the ground running when you kick off. Combine this with a training session as detailed above and you will be good to go!
